Chipotle Cream Cheese And Salmon Bagel
One of the simplest and most effective ways to use our Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste is to stir it through cream cheese to make delicious chipotle cream cheese. We’ve taken that and thrown bagels and smoked salmon in the mix to make something very special. Great for breakfast, brunch or lunch or even as a cheeky little snack.

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste (use as much as you like)
- Half a tub of cream cheese
- 2-4 slices of Smoked salmon (depending on how much you like)
- 2 Bagels
- 1 Spring onion (optional)
How to make it
- This is really very simple. Slice bagels in half and toast.
- Scoop the cream cheese into a mixing bowl and stir through the Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste (here’s where to add the roughly chopped spring onion if you fancy it!).
- Spread onto the bagel halves and top with slices of smoked salmon.
