Honey Roast Chicken
This honey roast chicken is one of our favourite ways to use our Gran Luchito Chipotle Honey. Pairing it with soy sauce just works so well. This honey roast chicken is a very simple recipe idea for jazzing up a chicken breast. It’s quick and easy so makes an ideal option for dinner after a busy day at work. There’s a lovely contrast created by the addition of a little lime juice.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Gran Luchito Chipotle Honey.
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Juice of ½ lime
- 2 chicken breasts, butterflied
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Mixed salad, to serve
How to make it
- Preheat the oven to 160°C / 325°F / Gas 3.
- Mix the Gran Luchito Chipotle Honey with the soy sauce
and lime juice, then season with salt and pepper. - Coat the chicken in the mix, then and roast for 20
minutes. Check by cutting open at thickest point to make
sure the juices run clear. If still pink, return to the oven
for another 5–10 minutes. - Leave to rest for 5 minutes before serving with a salad.
